Opaque blinds for the front window

I love sitting by the window, but sometimes the sun is an asshole and burns my arms or tries to kick start the onslaught of cataracts on my corneas.
It'd be dope to have some adjustable blinds for the front. Something that lets the light in, but protects my beautiful eyes and skin from the angry dying star outside.

We've chosen the color and opacity value we'd like for the automated roller shades, we've emailed Walter's Electric to finalize the quote, now we're waiting for them to get back to us to estimate the cost of everything.

Arik Jones - Walter's Electric just got back to us about setting up a time to come down to measure things, in order build out a quote.
Things have started!!!

We're having a team meeting about this here soon, we'll let you know how we decide to move forward!

Hahaha...This is great feedback Arik Jones & Patrick Moore!
Question for you Arik Jones, are you hoping the blinds would be down all of the time, or just when the sun is SUPER BRIGHT, like in the morning time?
A
Arik Jones
Chais Meyer: Not all the time, just optionally when the sun is beaming through like Cyclops from X-Men.

Arik Jones: Hahaha...perfect!

I totally agree. The glare from the morning sun is killer. Walters Electric (across the alley) has some good and affordable options for automated roller shades.

Patrick Moore: This is great to know! We'll go check out some pricing/style options with them to see what we'd need to do to get this done!
